Delivery & Substitutions
Delivery
Connecticut Baskets delivers next-day to eligible addresses throughout Connecticut when you order by 2 p.m. Eastern; same-day delivery is not available. Checkout confirms that the recipient's address qualifies before you pay, and the date shown is an estimate. Delivery is free on orders from $100. Holidays and peak weeks fill up, so order early for those dates.
Homes receive their gift by the end of the delivery day; offices, hospitals, campuses and managed buildings during business hours. When a reception desk or mailroom takes deliveries, include the company, suite or unit, and the department or campus building.
Substitutions
Availability may require substitutions that preserve the gift’s overall value, theme and design.
Keeping perishables fresh
Choose the recommended delivery method at checkout. With slower shipping, perishable items may be replaced by non-perishable alternatives to protect quality.
