Same-day delivery in New York City's five boroughs and northern New Jersey when ordered by 11:00 AM ET and in the Los Angeles metro area when ordered by 11:00 AM PT, delivered by 5 p.m. to businesses and 9 p.m. to residences. Everywhere else is shipped: Eastern USA from New Jersey (order by 2:00 PM ET); Western USA from Los Angeles (order by 2:00 PM PT). Cut-offs are shown in the recipient's local time. Delivery is free on orders over $100 USD in the same-day areas; $15.99–$19.99 on orders under that.
Delivered by 9 p.m. in the same-day areas. If nobody answers, the driver leaves the gift in a safe spot or with a neighbour and lets the recipient know; gifts containing alcohol are never left unattended. Delivered by 5 p.m. in the same-day areas, to reception or the mailroom; please include the company name and floor or suite.

Availability may require substitutions that preserve the gift’s overall value, theme and design.
Keeping perishables fresh
Choose the recommended delivery method at checkout. With slower shipping, perishable items may be replaced by non-perishable alternatives to protect quality.
Gifts containing alcohol are handed only to a recipient of legal drinking age who shows photo ID at the door; they cannot be left unattended. Legal drinking age at the delivery address: 21+.
